Question 1

What's the real difference between Pro and Specialist?

Accepted Answer

Pro gives you a dedicated specialist, a personalized plan, and dispute management coordinated with our partner network, with monthly calls. Specialist takes the same relationship and raises the intensity: weekly calls instead of monthly, same-day response times, a senior-level specialist, full-service dispute filing (disputes are filed and escalated for you through our partner network, not just with you), and an included credit-builder tradeline. Think of Pro as expert guidance and Specialist as expert execution.

Question 2

If I upgrade from Pro to Specialist, do I keep my history and my specialist?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your dashboard, score history, dispute timeline, and reported payment history all carry over untouched. Whenever possible we keep you with the same specialist and simply raise your cadence to weekly — and if you ever switch back to Pro, nothing is lost either. Plan changes take effect immediately and your billing is prorated automatically.

Question 3

How do the weekly strategy calls work?

Accepted Answer

You pick a recurring weekly time slot that fits your schedule, and it's yours for as long as you're on the plan. Calls run about 20–30 minutes: a review of the week's report activity, what moved and why, and the specific plays for next week. If you ever need to miss one, your specialist records a written recap in your dashboard so you never lose a week of momentum.

Question 4

What kinds of disputes does full-service management cover?

Accepted Answer

Everything reportable: late payments that were actually on time, collections — including paid and medical collections — charge-offs, duplicate accounts, incorrect balances and limits, accounts that aren't yours, mixed-file errors, and outdated personal information. Our partner network files with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion directly, tracks every 30-day investigation window, escalates stalled or boilerplate responses, and re-files with stronger evidence when needed. You see each filing, response, and outcome in your dashboard timeline.

Question 5

How does the included credit-builder tradeline work?

Accepted Answer

Your plan includes one reported tradeline — an account in good standing that reports to all three bureaus every month. It builds continuous on-time payment history and adds to your total credit limit, which lowers your overall utilization ratio. It's the same mechanism our Boost add-ons sell separately; on Specialist it's bundled into your plan at no extra cost, and Boost add-ons still stack on top if you want more.

Question 6

How long until I see results?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your starting file. Members with isolated derogatory items often see movement within the first 30–60 days as disputes resolve. Deeper rebuilding — thin files, long utilization histories, multiple collections — typically shows meaningful gains over 3–6 months of consistent execution. Your specialist will give you an honest, file-specific projection on your first call, not a generic promise.

Question 7

Can I cancel or downgrade later?

Accepted Answer

Anytime, from your dashboard, in two clicks. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. If you cancel, your included tradeline and monitoring continue through the end of your billing period, and your history stays in your account. If you downgrade to Pro or Builder, your specialist relationship and file history carry over seamlessly.

Question 8

Do Boost add-ons work with Specialist?

Accepted Answer

Yes — they stack. The tradeline included in Specialist plus any Boost add-on both report every month, so members who want maximum reported history and utilization relief run both. Boost tradelines are provided by our partner Kikoff: compare the tiers on the pricing page, and completing your purchase takes you to Kikoff's site, where the add-on is sold and billed.
